The following timeframes are for all regular orders in Business Days -

VICTORIA - Metro: 2-6 days    Regional: 3-10 days

NEW SOUTH WALES - Metro: 2-6 days   Regional: 3-10 days

AUSTRALIAN CAPITAL TERRITORY - Metro: 2-6 days   Regional: 3-10 days

SOUTH AUSTRALIA - Metro: 2-6 days   Regional: 3-10 days

TASMANIA - Metro: 2-6 days    Regional: 3-10 days

WESTERN AUSTRALIA - Metro and Regional: 7-10 days

NORTHERN TERRITORY Metro and Regional: 7-10 days

Please Note: Orders that are ordered from our suppliers and are on back order at the time of order, can take a bit longer to process - we will inform you if there is going to be any delay.

Where is my order coming from?

We source our products from many suppliers around Australia. Some larger items we order from our stockists at time of purchase (or some items are on back order), this means some of our products are delivered from different suppliers based in different locations to our warehouse.

Who will deliver my order?

As our orders are sent from both us, and several partners, our packages are sent via many different delivery companies and couriers. Once your item or items have been dispatched, we will include tracking details in an email.

How can I check my order has been sent?

We will email you a dispatch email within a few business days of you placing your order. If an item is on back order, or if there is going to be a delay, we will advise you right away. We will let you know the estimated delivery time frame. If there is going to be a longer delay due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you the option to wait, otherwise we will be happy to refund you.

Multiple parcels and deliveries 

Depending on how many items you've ordered, your order might be coming from more than one of our stockists. If this is the case, you will receive several tracking numbers.
